1. Send your horses Hair Sample (horses mane hair, closes to the poll of their head, works the best)

2. Put hair in plastic baggie. 

3. Put horses name on baggie

5. On a piece of paper, put your contact info; first, last name, phone number, email

4. Add your check for $25, addressed to: ($25 will be credited to your first Herbs Fix purchase) or pay online
